Niraj graduated in 1991 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering before moving to the United States to pursue an MBA, which he completed in 1995. His career has spanned continents and core-sector industries.

Over the years, he has built extensive experience working across international markets, leading diverse teams and navigating complex business environments. His global exposure, combined with hands-on experience in multiple aspects of business operations and strategy, has given him a well-rounded perspective and a deep understanding of industry dynamics.

Viral graduated in 1995 from the USA with an engineering degree and later went on to complete his MBA from IIMB, one of India's most prestigious business schools. Since then, he has worked across a wide range of sectors: IT, manufacturing, and industrial distribution, giving him a 360-degree view of how technology, operations, and capital flow together.

His instinct for spotting the right technology at the right time is what drives NIVI's principal selection.

Our Story

From a Shared Vision to the Emirates' Trusted Industrial Agency

NIVI Industries was founded in 2026 by two brothers, Niraj and Viral Shah, with a clear purpose: to create a world-class industrial agency company right here in the UAE. After decades of building careers across engineering, technology, manufacturing, and global trade, they saw a gap in the GCC market — a need for a local partner that doesn't just distribute products, but truly represents world-class manufacturers with technical credibility, commercial accountability, and long-term commitment.

So they built NIVI.

Between them, Niraj and Viral bring nearly 60 years of combined professional experience — across mechanical engineering, IT systems, manufacturing operations, supply chain, and cross-border industrial distribution. That depth is what sets NIVI apart. When a consultant asks a technical question, we have the knowledge to answer it. When a contractor needs on-time delivery, we have the network to execute it.
